01 1. General Provisions & Definitions
This document forms a binding legal agreement between bet23 ("Company", "we", "Platform") and the user ("you", "member"). bet23 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting and casino gaming services for users in Bangladesh and internationally.
1.1 Key Definitions
"Platform" refers to the bet23 website, mobile site, and all its sub-services.
"Account" refers to a user's registered membership through which they can access the platform's services.
"Balance" refers to the total of real money and bonus funds held in an account.
"Bonus" refers to promotional rewards granted by bet23 that can be withdrawn upon meeting specified conditions.
"Wagering" refers to the required betting amount that must be met before winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Singular terms used in these conditions also apply in the plural where relevant, and vice versa. By using bet23 services, you unconditionally accept all of these terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use bet23's services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years old. This platform is operated for people aged 21 and above only. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, and your account will be suspended if you are unable to prove your age.
2.2 Registration Process
Each person may open only one account. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in the account and all funds held in it being forfeited.
2.3 Information Required for Registration
- Full name (as per national ID card)
- Active mobile number
- Valid email address
- Date of birth (for age verification)
- A strong, private password
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
bet23 may conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process at any time to ensure security. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until the verification process is complete.
3. Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login details (username and password) with any third party. bet23 staff will never ask for your password.
3.1 Account Security Guidelines
- Use a strong and unique password made up of numbers, letters, and special characters.
- Change your password regularly and do not share it with anyone.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the support team immediately.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact support without delay.
You are responsible for all transactions and bets made under your account, whether made by you or by a third party with or without your permission. Transferring, selling, or renting your account is strictly prohibited.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
bet23 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
The following conditions must be met before making a withdrawal:
- Your account must be fully verified.
- The wagering requirements of any active bonus must be fulfilled.
- If there is an ongoing dispute or investigation on the account, withdrawals will be on hold.
4.3 Transaction Processing
bet23 uses SSL encryption technology for transaction processing, keeping your financial information fully secure. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Example: For a ৳2,000 bonus, the wagering requirement = ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. This means a total of ৳30,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; once it expires, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
- It is not possible to activate another bonus while one is already active on an account.
- There may be a limit on the maximum amount that can be won using a bonus.
- bet23 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
- If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Rules
All bets placed on bet23 are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Each betting market has its own rules, which are set out in detail in the relevant section. bet23 reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds (incorrect prices).
6.2 Sports Betting
Relevant international rules apply to cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting. If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the betting rules. For live betting, the odds at the time the server accepts the bet are considered final.
6.3 Casino Games
The rules of the game provider apply to live casino, slot games, and other casino products. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, bet23 will settle it at its own discretion. Game outcomes are fully impartial and fair play is ensured through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
7. Responsible Gaming
bet23 gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Several self-regulation tools are available on our platform.
7.1 Self-Regulation Tools
- Deposit Limits: You can set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
- Session Limits: You can set a time limit for continuous play.
- Self-Exclusion: You can deactivate your account for a set period or permanently.
- Cooling-Off Period: You can take a break from the platform for a period of time.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet23 platform. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.
8.1 List of Prohibited Activities
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Fraudulent use of the bonus system or strategic betting to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets using computer programs, bots, or automated software.
- Using or transacting on behalf of a third party's account.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
- Colluding with other users (Collusion).
- Match fixing or participating in illegal interference in any event.
- Creating an account using a false identity or documents.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Reasons for Account Suspension
bet23 may temporarily suspend an account during an investigation in the following circumstances:
- While an identity verification process is underway.
- If suspicious or unusual transaction patterns are detected.
- If a security breach is suspected.
- While a dispute or complaint is being investigated.
9.2 Reasons for Permanent Account Closure
If prohibited activities (Section 8) are proven, if a false identity is used, or if the terms are repeatedly violated, the account will be permanently closed. There is no obligation to give prior notice in such cases.
9.3 User-Initiated Account Closure
You can request to close your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat support or by emailing [email protected]. All active bets will be settled and any valid balance will be returned before the request is processed.
10. Limitation of Liability
bet23 always strives to ensure a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, bet23's liability is limited in the following areas:
10.1 Matters Outside of Liability
- Service disruption due to internet connectivity issues.
- System failures by third-party payment providers.
- Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
- Issues with the user's own device or network.
- Natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances (Force Majeure).
Under no circumstances shall bet23's maximum liability exceed the amount of the transaction in question. bet23 shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by users of the platform.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
bet23 places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. All information you provide is secured by SSL encryption technology. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
11.1 Purpose of Data Use
Your information is used only for the following purposes:
- Account management and identity verification.
- Processing financial transactions.

12. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you have the option to close your account.
